The 5th Annual Cabin Fever Comedy Show was held on April 7th at Moseley’s on the Charles. Led by Director Adrienne Kinchla, the sold out crowd of 450 people laughed their faces off at Bill Farrell, Carolyn Plummer and Lenny Clarke. Over $15000 was raised due to the generosity of our great supporters!!!
Almost 20 Veterans and their significant others showed up at the Kripalu Center for our first ever retreat. 3 days of great alternative therapies like yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, mindfulness, mindful nutrition and massage therapy. Some amazing food, amazing instructors and great facility. All FREE for our Veterans during our retreat. The next retreat is already in the planning stages!
One of members, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Kristen, is producing workout videos to help keep our Veterans in shape. Every Wednesday is a new video, well instructed, with progressions and regressions to accommodate everyone. Check out the link below.
